Today was the first day with campers. My mind kept going to Rosie.
The day was overwhelming and I tried to remain kind, positive, and
loving...just like Rosie. Today offered me the opportunity to provide
some comfort and resources to a family in transition. It also allowed
me to facilitate campers saving the life of a little lizard. (That
probably seems silly, but he was so cute.) :) I don't think a day will
pass where I'm not motivated by Rosie and how she lived. I'll always
carry that with me.
