Act of Kindness #22

We were in Kroger doing some shopping for something to eat tonight(one of your favs..fruit, bread & cheese) when I walked down an aisle and came upon something I might just normally be oblivious to. An older woman was struggling to reach Gatorade which was of course on the high shelf and even on her tip toes she couldn't reach it.  We were kinda in a rush getting dinner and travel food and cleaning supplies for the condo. But I stopped to give her an assist and she happily continued on her way with a smile on her face and a thank you. The magic of your birthday gift as that really before I might have been too preoccupied to even notice. It was simple but meaningful to each of us.
