"I was coming back from the parking lot at Emory Hospital returning to the ICU where Rosie was. Getting on the elevator in the main lobby I met a woman who was obviously lost. As we were going up, I asked her if I could help. She told me she was trying to find the level where the parking lot was. First, I attempted to explain the way to the lot, but I soon realized she didn't understand. So, I sent the elevator back to the floor where we had started and guided her in person to the bridge that crossed over to the parking level."
